Assila Bataineh was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. She joined the group in Fall 2015. Her research was focused on developing phase change composite materials. She graduated with an MEng. degree in May 2017

 

Nicole Mowder was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. She joined the group in Fall 2015.  Her research was focused on thermal energy storage materials with a metallic foam matrix. She graduated with an MEng degree in May 2017.

Mark Sandler was Master student who joined the group in Fall2016. His research focused on experiments and optimization of thermal storage systems. He graduated in with an MEng degree  May 2017.

 

Maxim Turovtsev was a Master student in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Spring 2016. His research project was focused on setting up a vacuum chamber for thermoelectric systems testing across wide temperature differences. He graduated in with an MEng degree  May 2017.

 

Ralph Bonilla was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Fall 2015.  His research project was focused on selective laser processing of metallic and semiconducting powders for additive manufacturing of thermoelectric solid-state devices. He graduated with an MEng. Degree in May 2017

 

David Gardiner was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Spring 2015. His research project was focused on thermoelectric transport properties characterization in new thermoelectric nanomaterials. He graduated with an MEng. Degree in December 2016

 

 

Bennett Heussler was an MEng. student in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Fall 2015. His research project was focused on scanning thermoelectric microscopy for characterization of thermoelectric nanomaterials. He graduated in December 2016.

 

Joonho Lee was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Spring 2016. His research project was focused on ocean thermal energy conversion. He graduated in December 2016.

 

Marcus Lewis was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Spring 2016. His research project was focused on ocean thermal energy conversion. He graduated in December 2016.

 

Harry Li was in the Co-terminal Program at RPI, in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the group in Spring 2016. His research project was focused on improving designs of systems for thermal and thermoelectric characterization. He graduated in December 2016.

 

 

 

Stephen Peloquin joined the group in Summer 2015. He graduated with an M.S. in May 2016. His thesis focused on optimization of thermal storage with phase change.

Jason Schomacker joined the group in Spring 2013. His research focused on finite element modeling for scanning thermal microscopy. He graduated with an M.S. in December 2014.

 

 

 

Wei Jiang received his B.S (Bachelor of Science) in Physics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China. His research focus is on fabrication and testing of thermoelectric nanowire/nanotube devices using e-beam lithography and other advanced nano-fabrication methods. He graduated in 2010.
